Do you have experience supervising teams? Have you helped to support the operations of Housekeeping Department before? Can you deliver excellent customer service to our guest? Are you friendly and professional enough to deal with all customer and staff needs? If the answer is yes, then our Housekeeping Supervisor position could be for you.

You'll help to ensure our public areas and individual bedrooms/ bathrooms are sparkling and clean, so that our guest can enjoy their stay in comfort.

You'll get the opportunity to meet lots of different people and you will make a huge difference those who stay with us and to our hotel.

This is a part-time permanent role, you'll be working 24+ hours per week (option to work more than 24).

• Day to day management of the team and rooms operations.
• Standards of procedure are carried out in relation to stock, health and safety, fire safety and all operational procedures.
• Supervising Housekeeping Team to ensure the cleanliness of rooms and the communal areas are on the highest level.
• Build strong relationships with guest, clients, and the team.
• Regularly taking inventory of cleaning supplies and ordering stock as needed.
• Provide training for a new teams and care about their development.
• Performing various cleaning duties in instances of staff shortages.
