SEND Case Officer (REMOTE WORKING) needed in Bournemouth or Remotely at £16.53 per hrPAYE - Reference:
This can be remote working or based in Bournemouth area.
You will work in collaboration with the rest of the service, other services and partners to monitor the provision and outcomes for children with SEND.
To work directly with leaders of educational settings, partners in care and health services, children andfamilies to ensure needs relating to SEND are met.
This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis
