We are currently seeking skilled and experienced Industrial Overlock Sewing Machine Operators to join our dynamic team in manufacturing top-quality bean bags for a prominent and well-known brand.

As an Industrial Overlock Sewing Machine Operator, you will play a vital role in the production process, ensuring the precise and efficient assembly of bean bags to meet our brand's high standards.

Responsibilities:

Operate industrial overlock sewing machines to sew and assemble bean bags according to specifications and quality guidelines.

Set up and prepare machines for production runs, including adjusting settings and threading needles.

Conduct regular inspections of finished products to ensure quality standards are met, promptly addressing any defects or irregularities.

Collaborate closely with team members, including pattern cutters and fabric handlers, to maintain a smooth production flow and meet production targets.

Adhere to strict safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an Industrial Overlock Sewing Machine Operator, preferably in a similar manufacturing environment.

Proficiency in operating industrial overlock sewing machines, including threading needles, adjusting settings, and handling different fabrics.

Attention to detail and the ability to consistently produce high-quality work.

Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

Ability to follow instructions accurately and work independently with mínimal supervision.
