Description

We are looking to recruit 1 permanent supervisor and 1 supervisor on Secondments/or Fixed Term for 12 months in Central Specimen Reception in Blood Sciences based in Leeds Teaching Hospitals Trust.

Youll have experience of delivering high-volume service within a fast-paced environment.

Working as part of a team we are looking for an individual who has excellent communication and organisational skills and able to monitor and continually improve the reception process to ensure we offer an efficient and high quality service.

Experience of supervisory skills and Laboratory work in Pathology Specimen Reception would be advantageous.

The post is 37.5hrs per week currently Monday to Friday, rotating over three shift patterns (07:30 to 16:00hrs), ( 08:30 to 17:00hrs)

and (12:30pm to 21:00hrs) The postholder will be required to be fully flexible and be able to participate in the shift patterns for the department as required.
