Team Leader
We have 2 posts available:
Post 1:
FULL-TIME 37.5 hours per week Monday-Friday 6:30am-2:00pm
Post 2:
PART-TIME 18-23 hours per week. Must be available to work 2 or 3 shifts Monday-Friday 2:00pm-7:00pm & 1 Weekend Shift 9:00am-5:00pm
Hourly Rate:
£11.25
Since 1994, CHAT Coffee House & Newsagents has been an independent retailer in the Belfast City Hospital.
We work closely with local suppliers to provide top quality coffee, delicious bakery, deli and food-to-go for our NHS workers, patients and visitors.

- Leading and motivating shift teams to deliver excellent customer service
- Delegating daily tasks to shift teams
- Onthejob training for new & existing team members
- Evaluating the performance & development of team members
- Record keeping: temperature & cleaning records in accordance with HACCP
- Balancing up procedures at the beginning/end of each day
Essential Criteria
- Over 18 years
- Minimum of 3 years experience working in retail or hospitality setting within the last 5 years
- GCSE Maths and English Language at Grade C or above or equivalent
or be able to demonstrate a track record of numeracy & literacy ability
