Glenmoor and Winton Academies are looking to appoint an outstanding and highly motivated individual to join our dedicated and effective SENDCo team and specify in a particular area of additional needs.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Learning Coach to join our outstanding schools and be part of England's biggest Multi Academy Trust.

This role could suit someone with previous experience working in a school either in a similar Teaching Assistant role, or someone looking for a new vocation in a supportive Learning Coach role working with our students.

Alternatively, it could be an ideal role for a recent graduate, or someone who is looking to explore a career in education and get on the career path to teaching.

Glenmoor and Winton Academies can offer the opportunity to become a Future Teacher, opening the door to a future career in teaching, by offering the chance to be in the classroom in a cover capacity.

Working first as a Learning Coach within our Academies could count as invaluable experience for this if you are looking to pursue a career in teaching.

Furthermore, we also offer the opportunity to complete formal teacher training via 'United Teaching' after which point you will gain qualified teachers status.
