About this role:

As part of our expansion programme into the international Property Sales Market we are looking to recruit an International Property Sales Negotiator based at our office in Birmingham.

This is a new role and will involve liaising with Vendors in South Asia so fluency in a South Asian language is essential.

Responsibilities:

Develop sales leads in South Asia, value and list Properties, liaise and negotiate between Buyers and Vendors, arrange and agree sales, progress sale through to completion

International Property Sales experience, fluent in Urdu/Punjabi/Hindi/Sylheti, proven record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, excellent communication skills, computer literate
