Apex Business Consultants have an immediate requirement for a Head Of Sales to work with their West Wales based Land development / SaaS client.


The HoS will have full accountability for the companies growth plan / strategy and will have full support from the company owner.


As Head of Sales, you will:

  • Develop and implement both short
- and medium-term sales strategy

  • Manage daytoday sales operations (initially covering Swansea, Cardiff, Bristol & Cornwall)
  • Design and implement scalable and repeatable sales processes
  • Hire and onboard a sales team
  • Evaluate and expand upon current business
  • Become a product expert and thought leader

Head of Sales will require the following skills and experience:

  • 5+ years B2B sales experience
  • Worked within land sales / property development
  • Knowledge / experience of selling Saas
  • Strong handson and leadership skills
  • Passion for startups
  • Strategy and structure development
  • Drive, motivation, with great attention to detail
  • Firstclass communication and presentation skills.

The successful Head of Sales will be offered:

  • A base salary of 40 to 45k dependent upon experience
