About the Role
The Social Media manager will join the small but growing team, reporting to Head of Marketing and working closely with a network of freelancers and agencies to deliver excellent content for the brand.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for managing comms calendar
Creation of content:
- Blog post writing
- Designing social assets
- Helping manage delivery of video assets
Marketing campaign building, execution, and reporting
Communicating with partners, influencers and artists
Working closely with creative agencies, PR and freelancers to manage content across channels
You love creating content - you are as happy on TikTok as you are blogging - and bursting with ideas of how we can do better.
Requirements:
Essential Requirements:
Demonstrable long
- and short form copy writing experience, being able to build on the brand tone of voice, and quickly absorb and utilise music industry and plug-in language
Excellent proof-reader
A keen eye for detail
Social media marketing - scheduling, growing audiences, understanding the different channels
Solid experience with Photoshop and/or Figma
Foundations of Adobe Premiere
Project management experience
A solid understanding of music creation processes
A passion for music, music production and the product
Effectively work with audio engineering audiences
Excellent communication skills
Autonomous and capable of self-organising
A natural creative full of ideas
- Desirable attributes:
Experience with Adobe After Effects
Experience designing advertising assets
Solid understanding of music technology businesses
Early stage start-up or creative agency experience
A keen eye for design, with design
