We currently have an opportunity for a Admin/Customer Service Supervisor to join the team at our Swansea branch:Camffrwyd Way,

As the Customer Service Supervisor, you will assist the the Non-Trading Team Leader in managing their responsibilities of depot operations, in particular customer service, check out supervision, control of stock, staff rotas, and selling.
**Key responsibilities include:

- Ensure all checkout processes are carried out efficiently, effectively and in accordance with guidelines and procedures
- Embed good Health and Safety practices.
- Manage the daily running of the department
- Exhibit excellent customer service.
- Plan and prioritise departmental work.
- Manage security of depot and stock.
- Meet customer satisfaction targets and scores
We're looking for someone with;
- Excellent customer service and achieve customer satisfaction
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent listening skills
- Good knowledge of company systems and procedures
- Up to date knowledge of Health and Safety policy and procedures
- Highly organised and display planning skills with the ability to manage and prioritise various tasks
- Good problemsolving skills
