We are looking to recruit a SEND Tutor to join Bridge College
Bridge College is the Together Trust's specialist education college for students aged 16 to 25 years with disabilities, complex needs and autism.
Bridge College promotes a multidisciplinary approach to learning and has expertise in supporting students with a wide range of needs.
Hours - 37.5 hours per week worked over 41 weeks per year plus 150 hours undirected time
Salary Grade 3 -£32,846.00
Location - Bridge College, Openshaw, Manchester M11 2GR

What can you bring to our classroom.?
Do you have a degree/ level 5 qualification in a related vocational area along with a PGCE/PGDE in post compulsory education or other relevant teaching qualification related to the role.
Can you teach across the learner cohort within the college? This could include learners with the pre-entry curriculum, entry level and up to level 2.
We are looking for someone who can adapt their teaching style to meet the varying needs of learners with PMLD, MLD and Autism.
Bridge college offers students an exciting curriculum that includes a range of vocational areas such as sports, music, cafe and print shop enterprise, PSHE/enrichment and Learner Voice.
Working collaboratively with other staff members to ensure the needs of the learners are addressed and learning is accessible and inclusive is an essential part of this role.
