Reception & Administration
Tughan & Cochrane Ltd specialise in residential letting and property management.

We are currently looking to recruit a member of staff to work alongside the existing team in our busy Inverness office.

The position is full-time and working hours will be 35 hours per week, 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.


Responsibilities will include**:


  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information to callers
  • Managing prospective tenant enquiries
  • Scheduling viewings, periodic maintenance/compliance visits
  • Data entry using our inhouse property software
  • Management of repairs & liaising with contractors
  • Key management
  • Provide administrative support to staff members as needed

Experience & Attributes:

None of the following are essential requirements but would be desirable

  • Proven experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant
  • Professional phone etiquette
  • Proficient in using computer software such as Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Excellent communication skills

Benefits:


  • Your starting salary will be £20,000.00 pa
  • Holiday allowance is 33 days a year
