We are currently looking for a Mortgage and Protection Adviser to join our clients, an established independent, whole of market Mortgage Broker in the Chester area.

My client is an established mortgage broker firm that has strong links with local professional introducers in and around the Chester and North Wales area, requires an experienced Mortgage Adviser to deal with the new leads generated on a daily basis, plus full access to the existing client base.

Due to the high levels of leads, you will be expected to write around £20,000 worth of business on a monthly basis.

Working hours

As a Mortgage and Protection Adviser, you will be required to work Monday - Saturday, with a day off in the week.

This is due to the high level of leads coming through on a monthly basis.

The successful Mortgage and Protection Adviser will be offered:

£25,000
£30,000 Basic (Depending on Experience)

- £55,000 - £75,000 OTE

To be considered for the Mortgage and Protection Adviser role you must have:

Minimum 1 year's experience as a Mortgage Adviser, ideally in a whole of market environment.
Desire to go the extra mile for all clients.
CeMap qualified or equivalent
Full UK Driving License
Clean Credit and Criminal Record.
Full Case Management and a customer support team for presale customer contact and lead generation.

As a Mortgage and Protection Adviser, your role will involve:

As an experienced and qualified mortgage adviser, you will be working alongside a number of professional introducers.
You will be expected to continue the excellent working relationships with the introducers.
Working closely with the team, to continue helping them generate more clients, to increase the amount of business written.
The successful adviser will also have access to an existing client bank along with all of the new leads being generated.
You will offer whole of market advice to all clients.
