experienced Merchandise/ Production Coordinator to join a successful online fashion brand to help the merchandise team manage the whole production and delivery process.

The Role:


  • Day to day management of UK and International retail customer accounts
  • Raising Sales Orders
  • Building relationships with the internal team and factory's
  • Managing high volume orders
  • Managing Critical Path from start to finish.
  • Negotiating costs
  • Liaising with factories and managing production dates.
  • Attending visits 3 International trips a year
  • Resolving customer problems
  • Managing customer deliveries
  • Consolidating shipment of orders from various factories to ensure best rates.
  • Liaising with the warehouse and managing stock levels.
  • Managing supplier performance

Skills Required:


  • Previous experience working as a Fashion Merchandiser is essential.
  • Knowledge of the production process
  • Supporting key customer accounts
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Have strong administration skills.
  • Be fully computer literate with strong Excel and Word skills.
  • Highly organised, efficient and can work to tight deadlines, within a fastpaced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Must be proactive, able to use initiative.
