Description

BramahHR are seeking a highly skilled and motivated TA Partner to join our client based in Birmingham. As a TA Partner, you will be working with the HR Director on implementation and adoption of ATS and support the design and delivery of the recrutiment and retention strategy.

Duties:

Manage advertisement of all vacancies including paid advertising
Manage the PSL with regular reviews
Design and distribute best practice interview guides for management
Actively resource for live vacancies
Lead Early Careers Programme
Design the apprentice recruitment process
Produce weekly/monthly reports

Requirements:

Proven track record with internal recruitment or TA role
Stakeholder management both internal and external
Pride in success of the department
Motivated, efficient and organised
