HR & Training Administrator
Location:
Wakefield
Pay:
£28,000 to £34,000 per annum, based on experience
Hours:6am to 2pm and 2pm to 10pm, Monday to Friday
Our well-established têxtile company based in Wakefield are looking for a
HR & Training officer to join their exciting and fast growing team.
The job role duties include:
- Managing the recruitment process for the company
- Create and implement Retention & engagmenet plans for employees
- Review and monitor absences of employees
- Induct and train all new employees
- Ensure implementation of company polices
The suitable
HR & Training Officer MUST:
- Have 3+ years of HR generalist experience
- Have significant experience with recruitment
- Have Relevant CIPD qualification
- Be flexible
- Be IT Literate
