HR & Training Administrator

Location:
Wakefield


Pay:
£28,000 to £34,000 per annum, based on experience


Hours:6am to 2pm and 2pm to 10pm, Monday to Friday


Our well-established têxtile company based in Wakefield are looking for a
HR & Training officer to join their exciting and fast growing team.


The job role duties include:


  • Managing the recruitment process for the company
  • Create and implement Retention & engagmenet plans for employees
  • Review and monitor absences of employees
  • Induct and train all new employees
  • Ensure implementation of company polices

The suitable
HR & Training Officer MUST:


  • Have 3+ years of HR generalist experience
  • Have significant experience with recruitment
  • Have Relevant CIPD qualification
  • Be flexible
  • Be IT Literate
