    About the Team

    Our team provides exceptional customer-centric service, delivering first contact resolution to business customers via various channels, including phone, email, and face-to-face interactions. We pride ourselves on being open, fair, and ethical, and we believe in continually reappraising our approach to meet changing circumstances.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide exceptional customer service, resolving customer queries in a timely and professional manner.
    • Manage and adhere to service level and resolution targets for assigned customers.
    • Collaborate with non-customer-facing teams to ensure customer requests are completed efficiently.
    • Ensure accurate and precise billing for customers.
    • Take ownership of customer complaints, prioritizing and completing resolutions to customer satisfaction.

    Requirements

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills across multiple channels.
    • Strong time management and prioritization skills.
    • Flexibility and adaptability to changes in working patterns and duties.
    • Good level of numeracy and computer literacy, including Microsoft Office packages.
    • Accuracy, tenacity, and integrity.
    • Utility industry knowledge and experience, including billing and metering.
