The Service Dispatcher is responsible for a seamless co-ordination between our field service team and clients. The Dispatcher controls all the logistics & communication between all stakeholders in respect of service, commissioning & repair activity.

This position is part of the service administration department located in Salford Quays, Manchester and will be a hybrid role.

In this role, a typical day will look like:

Schedule Field Service Technicians for a range of different service offerings (future scheduling, gaps scheduling, rescheduling, repairs)
Ensure service execution with defined KPI's (OTD)
Take ownership of dispatching schedule
Creatively find solutions for ad hoc interventions/challenging situations
Work constantly on Dispatch Optimizations (Routing, visit durations)
Activate contracts in the Service Software, to ensure optimized visit plans

The essential requirements of the job include:

Dispatching experience
An understanding of service maintenance field work and customer interactions
Good standard of written and spoken English skills
