We are looking for a Recruitment Services Officer in the projects team to support the NLPSS Shared Recruitment Shared Services Team to deliver a high level of customer service and expertise.

You will be expected to work autonomously but also support all areas during busy peak periods.

You must be an excellent organiser with strong communication skills with a passion for customer service.

You will be based at The Enfield Civic Centre Site.

North London Partners Shared Services is a partnership between 10 NHS provider organisations within North Central London. These include large acute hospitals, teaching hospitals, specialist tertiary centres and mental health/community providers. One of the ten partners - Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust - is additionally the lead employing organisation for trainees engaged on Health Education England (London and the South East) training programmes in general practice or public health.


North London Partners Shared Services are hosted by Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust and all of the staff members working in shared services are employed by Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust.

Staff members who join North London Partners Shared Services from another NHS organisation enjoy continuity of NHS employment.


The post-holder will be required to carry out all HR Administration activities and process them in a timely and accurate manner to support our North Star vision of "Excellent patient care, through an outstanding employee experience" as well as being first point of contact for queries which come directly into the recruitment service.

These will be resolved using FAQ data and escalated upwards when they fall outside of the resolutions they can provide ensuring that all escalated issues are tracked until they are resolved.

The post holder is the first point of reference and as such must display a considerable degree of initiative and judgement and maintain a calm, friendly and efficient manner when dealing with service users.


  • Data Entry (Both numeric and nonnumeric) into various systems
  • Ensuring that Managers and Employees are provided an accurate and quality service.
  • Assisting the necessary shared services teams by delivering comprehensive administration support where needed.
  • Assisting with the triaging and resolution of helpdesk calls received.


The post-holder will use various systems including Electronic Staff records (ESR), Health Jobs UK (TRAC), and a call system to ensure that all communications are recorded and dealt with in timely manner.
