Graduate Recruitment Consultant:

Package: 22k Base Salary (35k OTE Year 1, 45k OTE Year 2, 60k OTE Year 3)

Location Manchester:

Our client is a market leader in the tech recruitment space, operating in both the US and UK markets.

They are offering hungry graduates the opportunity to partake in a 12-week bootcamp alongside other likeminded, financially driven individuals - delivered by their inhouse trainer.

This bespoke training will take ambitious graduates from recruitment newbies, to trained 360 recruitment professionals

The Role

Headhunting the best talent in the marketplace for your clients' businesses

You will develop your own client portfolio and become their goto for business growth, helping them scale.

The Company

You will have a clear progression plan with the opportunity to work towards Associate Director within the next 5 years.

The Requirements

Degree educated or 6 months Sales experience.
Bright and confident personality
Money motivated with clear financial goals.
A strong work ethic / ambitious
A background of excellence whether this be getting promoted at work or sports to a high level.

£22,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
