THE ROLE
As a Lead Data Scientist, you will have to:

Work with various spheres of the business such as claims, fraud, and pricing to improve performance
Use NLP, Computer Vision, and different types of modeling throughout projects
Conduct Machine Learning to deliver higher business value
Interact with and present effectively to business stakeholders
Guide the team throughout projects to get business insight and help solve business problems

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED
The successful Lead Data Scientist will have the following skills and experience:

Strong skills and experience in Python, Docker, Kubernetes, and Flask
Proven strong experience in Finance, retail, and related industries ideal
Substantial proficiency in stakeholder management and communication essential
An interest in working within the Finance industry
M.Sc., or Ph.

D. in a related field (Machine Learning, Data Science, etc.)

BENEFITS
As a Lead Data Scientist, you will receive a salary of up to £110,000 as well as benefits (pension, 28 days holiday, etc.)
