Range of responsibilities

  • Production Management
  • Organizing and overseeing the production of orders.
  • Ensuring the digital board is maintained accurately and updated.
  • Managing the order process end to end.
  • Creating, updating and completing planograms.
  • Printing & creating barcodes.
  • Assisting with taking orders out, checking and packing ready for dispatch.
  • Booking in parcels; measuring & weighing each parcel
  • Making sure the orders are sent out with the correct quantities and paperwork.
  • Supervising Production Workers
(Internal and External)

  • Arranging and assigning the Production Workers with client orders.
  • Ensuring the process is followed through properly, from the order picking, assembling, packing and posting the orders.
  • Training of all Production Workers.
  • Liaison point with all Production Workers giving both positive and constructive feedback.
  • Ensuring audits and checks are carried out on all work completed by the Production Worker.
  • Keeping an accurate log of any orders completed by each Production Worker.
  • Maintaining and tracking the holiday sheet for all Production Workers.
  • Dealing with customers
  • Following up on orders sent out.
  • Corresponding with all clients and providing customer care.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • The ability to deal with complaints.
  • Invoicing
  • Creating invoices with upmost accuracy
  • Stock Control
  • Keeping a check on all stock levels ie products and branding cards and informing the Office Manager when they need to be reordered.
  • Replenishing all stock when required.
  • Working with the Office Manager
  • Working with the Office Manager
to ensure the orders are sent by the due date.

  • Keeping the Office Manager up to date on the whole process.
  • Report to Office Manager with any issues that arise.
  • Ensuring all folders in the shared drive are maintained and updated ie images for the planogram, contact list, checklist, holiday sheet, client folders, etc.
  • Making Jewellery
  • Making jewellery to order.
  • Ensuring that quality and standards are maintained with accuracy.
  • Sales
  • Contacting existing customers to generate up sales.
  • Contacting new clients to generate new sales.
  • Send out samples.
  • Merchandising
  • Professionally representing the company to a high standard and communicating well.
  • Going on site to replenish stock when required.
  • Doing stock takes when required.
  • Additional Responsibilities
  • Additional tasks and responsibilities may be added to your job role as and when required by the Director.

Salary:
From £10.42 per hour


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

  • Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Birmingham: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Work Location:
Hybrid remote in Birmingham
