We have consistently set ourselves apart from our competitors in the flexible packaging market by developing and improving on material specifications, ink usage and, more recently, developing compostable packaging solutions.

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a
Customer Service Representative.
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the main duties and responsibilities are:


  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
  • Ensure all customer needs are responded to in a timely manner.
  • Provide an efficient interface between client and manufacturing site to enhance client experience.
  • Manage client demand from design creation, order placement through to delivery.
  • Provide weekly schedules, maintain accurate records and ensure all customer expectations are met.
  • Manage client complaints through to a satisfactory conclusion.
  • Maintaining data integrity of internal operating systems.

Qualifications

  • A relevant degree or other recognised qualification is preferred but not essential.

Experience

  • Previous customer service experience is essential.
  • Previous background in the food and packaging markets is desirable.

Skills

  • Ability to prioritise and think logically.
  • Experience of working within a fast paced environment.
  • Be able to move between tasks with focus whilst under pressure.
  • Problem solving. Critical Thinking.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Conflict management.
  • Good organisational skills and ability to meet set deadlines is essential.
This position is permanent and full-time based on 36 hours per week hrs Monday to Thursday, hrs on Fridays).

Salary will be dependent on qualifications and experience. Other benefits include 34 days' holiday and contributory pension scheme.
