The Priory Wellbeing Centre Southampton is looking for an Administrator for our site in Southampton.

We are conveniently located close to Southampton's city centre, and we offer on-site parking and easy access from major transport routes.

This, coupled with our beautiful Georgian manor house setting, allows us to provide highly accessible mental health support in a comfortable and welcoming environment, making us the ideal way for busy people to receive the specialist treatment that they need.

As an out-patient clinic, we offer 1:1 therapy, group therapy and Psychiatry appointments within a calm and relaxing environment

We are looking to appoint an Administrator to support the reception and admin functions at the Southampton Wellbeing Centre, helping with all front of house operation including administrative processes, taking bookings and payments for all treatment and assisting the Manager and Clinicians in their roles.

Be professional at all times
Have excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
Competent use and knowledge of IT systems database and accurate keyboard skills
Maths, English GCSE at grades A to C or equivalent functional skills level 2 evidence.
Having extended knowledge of Microsoft packages is vital as all the daily information and tasks are retained for auditing and reports.
Previous administration experience essential
Attention to detail is essential.

Working on a Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday each week and covering 1 out of three evenings until our 7.30pm close.

The role is Part Time at 22.5hrs will offer you a salary of £ £11,385 as well as access to all Priory Benefits including discounts, generous annual leave plus your Birthday off.
