Job Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including shipping, receiving, inventory management
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of all incoming and outgoing shipments
- Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) to optimize efficiency and productivity
- Train and mentor warehouse staff on proper procedures, safety protocols, and equipment operation
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
Experience:
- Previous experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or similar role in a fastpaced distribution or logistics environment
- Strong knowledge of shipping and receiving processes, inventory control, and logistics operations
- Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely
- Excellent problemsolving skills with the ability to make quick decisions under pressure
- Effective communication skills to interact with team members at all levels
- Proven leadership abilities with experience in managing a team
