- This role is based in Edinburgh allowing you to collaborate with the Housing team. As we move into our new ways of working, we are trialling hybrid working, allowing you to split your time between home and the office in Edinburgh.
You role will cover a number of administrative duties from updating and managing IT systems and tenancy records to logging and investigating complaints from customers.
You will be the first point of contact for customer enquiries and will also maintain and contact within internal departments enabling us to provide a high quality housing service across the group.

To be successful in this role you will have a good administration background and possess excellent customer service skills. With a 'Can do' approach to tasks you will have the ability to work under pressure and unsupervised as well as being able to contribute to a good team working environment
You will have the ability to be empathetic with our customers and their situations when necessary and will take a pro-active approach to problem solving.
