Head of Pest Control (Full Time)

Location:
West Bromwich and Midlands Area

Salary:
A basic salary of £25,000 with expected on target earnings of up to £32,000 per annum (Based on 40-hour week)

Experience: 2 years minimum qualified Pest Control Technician

Sandwell Pest Control Services Ltd has been established for 12 years and has been rapidly growing year on year.

Our work covers commercial and domestic pest control as standard for within the industry dealing with rodents, insects, and birds.

We now seek an experienced Head of Pest Control who can assist in developing, co-ordinating and managing the existing and new Pest Control Technicians going forward.

This is an exciting time for the company and for you as a qualified technician.

We are an looking for an ambitious, hardworking, highly organised, fully qualified pest control technician, who feels ready to move into a supervisory role with the aim of progressing into a senior role with the continued company expansion.

What you will be doing:

Coordinating a team of pest control technicians
Recruiting and training trainee pest technicians
Consult with office colleagues
Inspect customer premises for signs of pests and potential risks
Clean and remove evidence of pest behaviour
Advise customers on maintenance and hygiene of their premises
Complete accurate reports after every visit
Always maintain a highlevel customer service and a professional image

Requirements:

Requirements for this role:

Full UK driving licence, for more than two years with no more than six points
Educated to GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths and English at level C or above
Previous experience in a customer service role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience of working outdoors is advantageous
Target driven
Flexible to commit to overtime
Hard working and cando attitude
