As our next Finance Graduate, you'll become a valued member of our Finance team.
As part of your role, you'll learn how the department operates, and become familiar with the Aston Martin ways of working.
To excel in this role, you'll be responsible for establishing yourself as a trusted finance business partner.You will work with colleagues in the business to build accurate financial models and track business performance against relevant KPIs.
Additionally, you will provide insight to business partners to enhance financial performance and ensure expenditure remains in line with the budget.
It will be your responsibility to maintain the accuracy and integrity of the financial statements of the business operations under your control.
Proficiency with Excel and data visualisation tools is essential, as is a strong desire to learn about the automotive industry and pursue a career in Finance.
You're not the type to shy away from challenges or lack the effort and dedication required.On the contrary, you're driven by exposure to various business functions and different facets of a finance team, and the opportunity to gain a professional accounting qualification, which will be supported and sponsored by the company.

- Min 2.1 degree, ideally Finance background but not essential
- Aspiration/commitment to pursue a recognised accounting qualification and career in Finance
- Key skills are attention to detail, relationship building, effective communication, a proactive approach to problemsolving, and strong numerical and verbal reasoning

This is a two-year rotational scheme within different areas of the Finance department, where you'll spend specific periods gaining invaluable experience and knowledge within our key areas, which may include
- Finance Operations
- Finance Sales and Marketing
- Financial Planning and Analysis
- Accounting
