Description
Administrator needed in Colwyn Bay, £11.97ph PAYE - Reference: 351466**•To carry out the transactional administrative elements, which would comprise but not exclusive to training, rota and annual leave enquiries, in a timely and accurate manner.
- To maintain and update the IT systems and records.
- Ensure all relevant records are updated, maintained and secure, complying with obligations under relevant legislation and organisational policy and highlight any discrepancies.
- Administer and ensure the accuracy of Resource Management Unit information on the team files, intranet, and updating with basic guidance where required.
- To deal with internal and external general enquiries efficiently and effectively and direct individuals to the relevant documentation if appropriate e.g. policies, procedures.
- Assess and escalate any enquiries to the relevant level if required.
- Ensure queries and requests from customers are responded to efficiently, accurately and in accordance with the client policy and procedural framework and agreed service standards.
- Co-ordinate appointments, meetings and events and ensure attendance of relevant personnel.
- To assist planners in the allocation of training.
- To attend and participate in Resource Management Unit's team meetings as directed
- To maintain and run various reports in order to support the work of the Planners and Force Resource Manager.
- To provide general administrative support as directed by the Deputy Force Resource Manager
- To prepare, collate and distribute documents as required.
- To provide administrative assistance on ad hoc projects as directed.
- To contribute and give feedback on business processes and the ongoing review thereof.
- To ensure performance monitoring information is collected and collated.
- To support the effective implementation of quality standards, Service Level Agreement and Key Performance Indicators.
- In conjunction with the Deputy Force Resource Manager, be pro-active in developing own skills and abilities in accordance with the requirements for the role and associated development plan, in order to become an effective team member.
- To comply with Policies on Staff Development, Diversity & Fairness, Health & Safety, Data Protection and Information Security and in accordance with Force Guidance documents and protocols.
- Any other duties as directed by a Supervisory Officer commensurate with the post and salary grading.
This is a full time role on a temporary basis.
