We welcome diverse backgrounds, perspectives, and skills so that we can be stronger and have long term impact.

The Team
The Fundraising Development team drives and supports Mercy Corps' strategies for restricted funding, unrestricted funds and brand profile raising.

Our Fundraising Operations (FundOps) team is the "Engine" of the Fundraising Development team, managing internal processes and procedures to ensure the smooth running of our fundraising activities.

The FundOps team does not fundraise directly, rather we process income from donors and work with Finance and reconcile our voluntary income on a daily and monthly basis.

The Position

Reporting to the Senior Manager, the FundOps Officer will support the wider Fundraising Development team by ensuring efficient and effective processing of gifts, managing inter-team data sharing and interfaces, providing accurate segmented data selections, campaign analysis and a variety of income reports.

We are looking for an ambitious individual with experience of financial processing, reporting and analysis, preferably in a charity environment, who enjoys working with data and processes, for whom attention to detail is a natural skill and problem solving a satisfying challenge.

This is an opportunity to be part of a diverse, dedicated team of people who are genuinely motivated by making a difference.

You will be someone with a positive, can-do approach, who has initiative and thrives working to tight deadlines.
