Position Overview:_
We are seeking an ambitious and analytical Assistant / Project Coordinator to support the Managing Director and oversee projects across multiple companies.

Summary of roles;_
- Administrative support of daily tasks to Managing Director
- Assist with management and oversight of business projects
- Maintaining and monitoring budgets and expenses
- Producing timelines and reviews of projects
- Researching new business ventures or projects
- Market research of competitors including pricing, design, locations etc
- Liaise with company managers and wider management teams on behalf of Managing Director
- Helping prepare for meetings with design team, planners, contractors etc
- Writing up minutes from meetings
- Complete recruitment reports, benchmarking and identify best practice for staff recruitment and retention
Qualifications and experience_
- A bachelor's degree in an analytical/quantitative field, such as business, finance, math, or science related field
- Experience in business sector admirable
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and good data analysis skills are essential for success in this position
Salary:
£24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
