Major Donor Manager, a 14-month Interim opportunity, joining a growing Social Welfare Charity. Offering remote working, with the ability to attend London for key meetings and events.

With the Major Donor programme reaching record heights and a new giving circle in place, with a motivated fundraising board and successful events in place, there is huge potential to grow income.

Working with the Senior Philanthropy and Partnerships Manager, supported by a Senior Major Gifts Coordinator and Major Donor Officer, you will be responsible;

Identifying, agreeing and planning the approach of highnetworth individuals (HNWIs) to raise vital funds to an agreed annual target.
Delivering a growing major donor programme, working externally and across the organisation to ensure every opportunity is maximised. Steward an agreed number of active donors/prospective donors towards further gifts/new gifts
Plan and deliver one of the charities biggest annual fundraising Gala, manage a Fundraising Board and additional events within the Major Donor team.
Provide Directors and senior level volunteers with the donor insight and cultivation structure to enable then to build relationships with major donors.
Project manage Fundraising Board meetings, major donor events and the annual gala event.

You will have experience of developing and implementing fundraising strategies, with significant experience in a major donor / philanthropy role and building productive relationships with high-net-worth individuals.

You will also need to be confident andorganised in planning successful high profile fundraising events which inspire supporters.
