HR Business Partner

Salary:
up to £55k

Location:
South East / hybrid

A great opportunity to join a FTSE 250 company as their HR Business Partner.

This is a generalist position where you will be providing HR advice and support on a wide range of strategic and operational HR issues across the South East.

Responsibilities:

Acting as a strategic HRBP
Implementing a divisional HR strategy
Providing HR advice and support
Working with operational teams
Overseeing and delivering the management of local consultation
Full CIPD qualification
Commercial HR experience
Experience of business partnering
Case management knowledge
Managing TUPE / acquisition projects
