Very competitive director level salary + £7k car allowance + Up to 20% performance related bonus

The Company and role:
The Regional Director will join the senior leadership team and will be responsible for the delivery of the Technical Services Hard FM business across London and Southeast.
Contracts within the remit of RD include but not limited to: Met Police, London Fire Brigade, Southwark, Brent and Croydon Council and Kingfisher Group (B&Q).
Your role as a Regional Hard FM Director will include:
- Provide leadership, inspiration, and control of the business unit which is nearly £60 million, working across both public and private clients
- Have 3 direct reports which you must manage
- Full budgetary responsibility for major public and private sector contracts and associated cost base
- Lead by example in culture of safety, opportunity, inclusiveness, and diversity
- Deliver contracts built on leading edge technical engineering standards, solutions and technology
- Deliver contracts which achieve 100% statutory compliance, KPI adherence and critical engineering asset framework protecting and enhancing customer assets
- Manage existing clients whilst always looking for opportunities for new clients and contracts
- Ownership of customer relationships, delivering exceptional customer experience, true partnership and collaboration
- Champion of SME engagement, circular economy and experience in local community support initiatives
- Commercially astute, delivering contracts within combination of framework contracts such as NEC
- Maximise the potential of the company ,leverage relationships and implement solutions which drive productivity and service enhancements
- Ensure the business operates in compliance with business processes, procedures and policies.
To be successful in your role as Regional Hard FM Director, you will have the following skills and experience:
- At least 10 years' experience of working in a similar role for a Hard Services / Facilities Management service provider.
- Qualified to degree level or have extensive experience at Senior Management level running hard services and/or facilities management contracts.
- Strong understanding and demonstration of understanding of critical environment infrastructure, capital project delivery and energy management services
- Strong commercial and financial acumen
- Demonstrable track record of successfully working with private and public sector clients.
- A decisive individual with the ability to work well under pressure.
- Strong management skills and ability to form collaborative working relationships and communicate with a large and varied delivery team.
- Selfmotivated and enthusiastic, with good time management and leadership skills.
- A creative thinker, with the ability to develop a solution as well as analyse the problem.
