About the Role


We are looking for a Finance Manager to join our Luton-based Management Accounts Team, to provide Global Managed Services with financial support across commercial, planning and management accounts.

You'll promote financial understanding within the business,champion best practice and ensure you remain up to date with regulatory changes and current industry thinking.

You will work with the business to ensure financial performance measurement remains embedded in the area.


Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the month end close process
  • Delivering reporting which offers additional and fresh insights
  • Reconciliation of Balance Sheet Accounts
  • Supporting a strong financial control environment
  • Providing performance analysis on business data to support business decision making
  • Ensuring business stakeholders understand performance metrics on their respective business areas through effective business partnering
  • Holding trade reviews with Business Partners explaining financial performance
  • Forecasting future cashflows
  • Production of monthly forecasts and annual budgets
  • Continually reviewing business performance versus target
  • Quarterly Strategic Analysis & Reporting
