Description

Our growing, creative family business is seeking a highly perceptive, enthusiastic, and driven individual who is passionate about design to become a valued team member.

They will also assist in accessing and updating orders via our online systems and undertaking manual tasks where needed to ensure the smooth running of the workshop.

KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Updating existing product templates with customers required personalisation details and uploading to a central server ready for creation using Adobe Illustrator and other systems
• Prioritising and sorting customer orders across various sales channels
• Undergo training to use different equipment necessary for creating orders, such as various heat presses, printers, sanders and laser cutters.
• Assisting the order Packing department when required
• Working closely with the team to ensure all customer orders are designed to deadlines required
• Processing orders and answering customers requests

REQUIRED ATTRIBUTES
This role requires a mixture of computer based and practicals skills when creating customer orders.

No experience or qualifications are necessary for this position however an understanding of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop would be desirable.

£17,500.00-£20,000.00 per year

• 8 hour shift
