Six Degrees are recruiting for a Technical Support Engineer to join the IT Operations team.

Offeringa range of specialist cloud and Cyber Security Managed and Professional Services along with Consultancy engagements to our customers.


Our expanding Internal IT Function needs a Technical Support Engineer to compliment the team and continue to improve IT service delivery and support to our 500 user-base.

As a Technical Support Engineer, you'll be the primary point of contact and technicaltroubleshooter for all Incidents and Requests reported into Internal IT by our users.


The role will have responsibility for all End-User-Device (e.g., Laptops, Desktops and mobile devices) configuration and deployment across the organisation and you'll need to be customer focused, working collaboratively with our internal support teams toprovide an exemplary IT service and support function.

The Technical Support Engineer will have broad knowledge of Microsoft technologies, TCP/IP and an attentive customer-service manner.

If you've had proven experience within an IT Service Desk function and strong technical skills in Microsoft Office 365, ActiveDirectory, TCP/IP we'd love to hear from you.
