Description

An opportunity to join the Testing Team, the Application Test Lead will be responsible for delivering against the test strategy and devising test plans relating to the strategic change programme.

Duties include:
Support & mentor & develop test resources reporting into the role
Support the Application Squad and Liaise with the Business Test Managers in planning and delivering all test activities for the programme
Working with the Products Owners and the Automation Test Lead to ensure the Regression packs are reviewed regularly, signed off and where possible, automated
Collaborate with internal & external partners to deliver against the agreed test activities and deliverables in a timely manner
Responsible for test planning and leading execution of the test plan
Review the test tasks and activities to ensure any risks and issues are communicated as required along with mitigation and or proposed solution(s)
Track quality assurance metrics for the testing tasks carried out including defects, defect counts, test result and test status
Provide and organise any knowledge share sessions and demo to the Test Team and wider audience as required
Liaise with the Product Owner and Business SME(s) to ensure they regularly review and sign off the regression pack
Ensure the test status and required information as agreed with the Squad/Stakeholders is available and kept up to date
