We are looking for a practice manager to join our 8 surgery site in Thetford.

You will be joining an experienced team in one of our largest practices within the area, offering a variety of specialist treatments for patients including clear aligners & whitening and currently operating a 50/50 split of NHS and Private appointments.???????
This role offers a great opportunity for progression within the region for an experienced Manager to really establish themselves at {my}dentist. ???
Located in the town centre there is free parking just a few minutes' walk from the practice and bus and train station within 10 minutes. Lots of local amenities.

As a Practice Manager, your role will include:

Driving your practice's performance with set objectives, including providing high-quality patient care, meeting financial targets and managing budgets
Leading a team of support staff, including nurses and receptionists, and engaging with selfemployed clinicians whilst you manage the contractual relationship
Managing compliance and meeting the requirements of our regulators
Analysing financial data including profit and loss accounts to make commercial decisions relating to business profitability
