We're part of the LSL Property Services Group PLC, which includes household names Your Move and Reeds Rains as well as the mortgage network PRIMIS.
We are looking to recruit Relationship Executives to drive and increase our presence within the Private Survey market by increasing our referral partnerships
The role includes proactively outbound prospecting and approaching new referral partners to discuss our referral partnership scheme and offer our surveying services to their clients/customers in-line with business objectives and targets, ensuring a first-classcustomer service in-line with our company visions and values.
Your time in this role will be split between New Business (70% of the role) and Account Management (30% of the role).

Main Accountabilities
- Builds business by proactively identifying, cold contacting and securing new referral partnerships with Mortgage Brokers and Estate Agencies inline with company goals and set targets
- Maintain and build on current referral partnerships with Mortgage Brokers and Estate Agencies
- Following up on warm leads, generating quotes and converting into orders
- Handling leads from Internal referrals within the business
- Build strong relationships throughout the industry
- Experience working with a CRM system and managing pipeline
- Maintain excellent customer relationship
- Become a product expert by offering the right level of service to our clients
- Liaise with third parties and other departments to discuss and resolve queries
- Consistently attaining and exceeding lead targets and revenue
- Ascertaining key details around client activities and budgets and make recommendations
Knowledge and Skills required
- Previous experience of relationship building including Outbound sales or Account Management
- Selfmotivated, enthusiastic and results driven
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- High organised and detail orientated
- Client and service delivery focused
- Ability to prioritise and work under pressure
