One Property Recruitment, have been instructed on a search for a Finance Assistant based locally to Birmingham.

My client is a growing residential managing agent operating across 2 UK offices with exciting plans for their 2023 coming up.

This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic Finance Assistant with experience in accounts payables specifically to support a strong long standing in-house finance team, working directly under a nurturing and supportive team leader to provide assistance and gain hands on experience across a key set of well-managed accounts.

Your core duties will include:

Supporting the Service Charge team with any admin duties
Performing bank reconciliations
Processing invoices
Chasing arrears
Assisting in circulating information to stakeholders and responding to requests as needed
Assisting in raising service charge demands

This role would suit someone ideally with some leasehold experience within finance or a finance graduate who is keen to start or continue building their career within the sector with a well-respected and innovative business.

My client can offer you excellent training and development within an experienced accounts team and will sponsor your industry and accountancy exams with study support to aid your learning further.

I am looking for individuals with the following skillset/experience:

Previous experience working within accounts payable is essential
Analytical thinker and excellent attention to detail
Passion for the sector
Keen to learn and progress
Strong communicator across all platforms
