x Carers to join us.

The Opportunity:

2x 28 hours & 1x 21 hours per week (7am - 2.30pm / 2pm - 9.

The Role:

Promoting independence as much as possible but also recognising that some residents require 24hour bespoke care & support.
Assisting residents with any aspect of personal care and mobility and using our electronic care planning system to monitor and record all care personalised for each resident.
Building good working relations with family and friends to ensure our residents remain at the centre of all decisions.

About our Middleton Court service:

A purpose built residential service for those requiring high levels of individual care.

Spacious rooms - designed with residents' dignity and comfort in mind. Each one fitted with an overhead tracking hoist to assist those with more complex mobility issues.

Each room looks onto either a courtyard or attractive gardens or woodland.

Communal indoor areas feature an attractive light lounge and dining room
