The Role


We are looking for a Royalty Claims Specialist to submit claims to our sister societies for unpaid uses of PRS for Music's repertoire.


Responsibilities:

As our Royalty Claims Specialist, some of your day to day duties will include

  • Source outgoing claims to societies through cue sheet production, Music Recognition Technology and other means.
  • Submit claims to the responsible society and followup queries to ensure prompt payment.
  • Collaborate intradepartmentally with other Specialist, Partner Managers and Heads of Partnership Development on multiregional claims.
  • Undertake research into automated solutions to the tracking process to improve efficiencies and increase claim potential.
The starting salary for this position is £26,000 per annum, negotiable depending on experience.

The Process
Our interview process for this role is simple and as follows:

  • First stage interview virtually on MS Teams.
  • Second stage interview in person at our London Bridge Hub.

Location
Our London Bridge Hub is based within Hays Galleria and overlooks the River Thames. When you see the view, we are sure you will want to join us in our collaborative working space

We offer a hybrid working model, allowing employees to work from home for up to 3 days per week.

To ensure the health & safety of all our employees, if you wish to work from home for more than 2.5 days per week, we will conduct a quick and easy remote-working assessment.
