Customer Experience Account Manager

Location:
Basingstoke


Salary:
£27,000 + OTE (£35,000)

My client is looking for a Customer Experience Account Manager to join their friendly and enthusiastic team.

This will be a diverse and challenging role where attention to detail, coupled with an overriding passion for providing an inspiring customer experienceis needed.

You will need a positive mindset and a can-do attitude to always deliver for your customers.


Responsibilities:

Responsible for all queries on your accounts

Conducting service reviews

Seeking new business with upselling and cross selling opportunities


The ability to quickly build rapport and relationships with customers, plus internal and external contacts is central to this role in order to be able to provide solutions and best advice.


You will need the ability to stay calm under pressure to allow you to make the most informed decision as each case arises, every situation will be unique.

You will be taking responsibility and dealing directly with these queries wherever possible and overseeing them to conclusion.

Your ability to multitask and prioritise will be essential to your success in this role.
