Our hybrid working model offers all employees the option to work from home 2 days a week and 3

days in our Salisbury office.

About the role

Financial Advisers trust us with their clients, so ensuring we provide an incredible level of customer

service is key. From walking Advisers through our website to updating them on cases, it's down to

our Customer Services team to deal with a whole range of queries - putting Advisers' minds at

ease by providing the support and clarity they need. Join us as a Customer Service Executive and

you'll take ownership of relationships with Financial Advisers and their clients, working with other

teams across our business to manage any queries through to resolution. And don't worry, we'll

provide full training so you'll be up to speed in no time.

About you (what we're looking for)

A great talker and even better listener, you'll be more than happy speaking to a range of people on

up with changes comes easily to you. And whether you're working alone or as part of a team,

you'll always go above and beyond to do what's right for the customer


You'll also:


Have experience of providing great customer service. If you've experience of working in finance or a
contact centre before, even better (although not essential) 

Be an excellent communicator 

Have strong organisation and time-management skills 
