Description

You will assist in the provision of care to patients, supporting and being supervised by a registered nurse, assisting with hygiene needs of patients and turning patients.

Additional duties include topping up supplies/ stores, filing notes, and keeping the areas clean and tidy.

You must be a caring professional who can demonstrate kindness and compassion whilst delivering excellent care in this busy environment.

You must be flexible, be a natural team player, have sound communication skills and be able to establish good working relationships with members of the multi-disciplinary team.

Enthusiasm and flexibility are essential.

This role has been newly established to help cater for our increased capacity and will be night duty week days only with the mandatory training completed on days.

Previous NHS experience is desirable for this role, either as a care assistant/support worker along with education to GCSE level.
