A new role has become available in one of the leading corporate teams in London. You will form an important part of a team of specialists.

The role:

Corporate Senior Associate position
Working on a diverse caseload
M&A and Private Equity work

This role offers true flexibility with a hybrid approach to office and remote working.

6+ years PQE working as a corporate solicitor
Experience working on M&A and Private Equity matters
Client service experience
Strong academics and good communication skills
Strong background working in a city firm
