Lead Learning Mentor - London Borough of Enfield
Remedy Education are looking for a Lead Learning Mentor to join our lovely Primary school based in Enfield.


As a learning mentor you will work with children and young people in a group or on a one-to-one basis.

You will provide support, motivation and guidance to help pupils overcome obstacles to their learning. These could include learning difficulties, familyissues, mental health problems or a lack of confidence.

The role will be full-time, starting immediately and paying competitively.

The role also offers great progression with staff often employed on a permanent role and pushed up through the AP as they look to employ for promotions internally.


Ideally you will ideally have a wealth of experience as a Learning Mentor/Behaviour Mentor (preferably experience in a leadership role) and experienced in assisting students with careers.
