Salary:
£30,000 per annum


Job type:
Full Time - Monday to Friday 8.00am to 5.30pm

King Lifting is a successful company providing crane hire, plant and machinery movement solutions from depots across the UK. We are proud of our family name and success within our industry. We are currently seeking a Contract Administration Manager basedat our depot in Swanley.


Duties include:


  • Liaison with our Sales and Contract Managers and customer Quantity Surveyors on financial aspects of projects
  • Ensure paperwork raised is in line with normal procedures and any queries which may slow or prevent payment are addressed in a timely manner
  • Communicate with customers to establish their account status
  • Manage major contract work and variation log
  • Raise orders and contracts to clients

Personal Profile:

A minimum of 5 year's previous administration experience is required. You must be able to demonstrate a positive, "can-do" attitude with excellent accuracy and attention to detail. A highly organised and methodical, confident person and have the capabilityof working effectively as part of a busy team. Experience of managing payments/invoicing including overdue payments would be an advantage.
