Job Description_

A full time or part time, permanent Customer Service Assistant is required to join our customer service department with various tasks.

The role would involve a range of duties such as dealing with client feedback and making courtesy calls along with processing client survey forms and helping with disengagements to provide a smooth and friendly service.

Full training and guidance is offered with the role.
